Once you have logged into Mobility Exchange, you will have access to a dashboard page where you will find links to the tools and data you are subscribing to.

The dashboard is a page where you can access your tools, data, and custom reports (if you have ordered any) as well as important notifications about your data or market changes.

In order to access your dashboard you need to be logged in. You will find a link to your dashboard in the “my account” menu.

When you click on a link in the “My Tools” section of the dashboard, the relevant tool will open in a new tab. The tab of the dashboard will remain open. Even if you close the dashboard tab and use the newly opened tab of the selected tool, you can still return to the dashboard by logging out of the tool.

If you have multiple accounts on Mobility Exchange, please bear in mind that if you open a tool and then return to the dashboard to switch accounts, the tool tab that remains opened will not be automatically refreshed. It will still be linked to the first account that you initially selected.

Throughout the year, important information about changes in the market affecting international assignees or about data releases and updates will be communicated on Mobility Exchange.

Information is displayed for all visitors on the “latest news” banner at the top of Mobility Exchange’s home page as well as in the market update section of the home page.

More detailed information for Mercer’s data subscribers is posted in the Recent Notifications section of the dashboard. Unread new notifications are flagged.

Your Mercer Mobility consultant can give you a full demonstration of the new site and answer any questions you may have.

Once you have logged in to Mobility Exchange, you will find the contact details of your account manager under the “my Account” menu.

If you are not subscribing to Mercer’s data and don’t have a designated Mercer account manager, please click on the “Need help” section of the home page and enter your contact details. A Mercer consultant will contact you to discuss your needs and questions.
