This course is designed for HR professionals new to the field of expatriate management who quickly need to understand the key concepts and issues around pay, benefits, and program administration. Topics may also be of interest to experienced HR professionals who manage expatriates as a part of their role and for mobility professionals who need a refresher.
In this session, participants will gain insights into the drivers of global mobility, key policy types, and trends. They will build expertise in expatriate compensation and benefits, expand their understanding of different pay delivery alternatives and their impacts, and develop a greater understanding of how to manage exchange rates and inflation fluctuations. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to network with other global mobility professionals to share best practices.
