These new online training sessions offer both a foundation for new practitioners in global mobility and a refresher course for those looking to keep their skills up to date. The second session will offer perspectives on the current dynamics transforming the field.

Assignment Planning and Support, Alternative Assignments, and 2020 Mobility Trends

Practitioners from international organizations will gather virtually to learn how to deal with the many challenges involved with running an effective mobility program while simultaneously increasing their own personal effectiveness. The seminar agenda includes various international compensation approaches, such as long-term, short-term, and international one-way transfers. The seminar also dives into the entire assignment lifecycle, highlighting assignment planning, logistics, repatriation, and localization.


The two-day session is USD 500.
